A Security Deposit of £150 is required (returnable against damages) and must be paid with the final balance.
A charge of 50 euro is payable locally towards cleaning.
Changeover day

15 mins drive to Porto Colom beach. 30 mins to Cala D'or an exclusive
cosmopolitan area with lots of restaurants, cosy calas and beautiful
bays. There is a lively marina with fantastic scenery where you can sit
in one of the lovely bars or restaurants and watch the luxury yachts
pass by.
Golf
15 mins to Vall D'or golf course. 30 mins to Son Anthem Golf course.
Travel
45 mins to Palma airport, Car Hire is essential.
Distances
10 minutes to Felanitx which has a lively Sunday market, cycling scene
and lots of shops, bus stops, taxi ranks, supermarkets, restaurants and
bars. Also 10 mins to Porrerres a typical lively spanish town with cafe
bars, banks, supermarkets and restaurants, car park and a local bus
stop with regular bus rides to Palma City. There is also a large
leather factory and Majorcan Pearl Factory.
Further details
The nearest doctors/hospital is Felanitx, it is new and staff are very
friendly. Indoor/Outdoor Swimming Pool is 10mins drive away on the main
road to Son Mesquida. Horse Riding is available 10 mins drive away in
Son Negre.The nearest Waterpark is in Arenal which is approx 35mins
away.
