only 5 minutes from the cente of Cala D'or. The complex includes a large shared
adult swimming pool and smaller children’s splash pool. The Cala
Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Gran and Cala D´Or beaches are all close by, whilst the
marina at Cala d´Or is about a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment
and complex are situated in a quiet location, but the bars, restaurants and night life
of Cala D'Or are only a short walk away.

Accessibility
Not suitable for those with walking difficulties or in a wheelchair.
The complex is however wheelchair friendly once you are inside the
complex but please note there are around 7 steps up to the main front
entrance. Access is possible without steps from the rear of the
complex, however the ground is rough but flat. Lifts are available
inside the complex between all floors. The apartment itself has no
adaptations for wheelchair users.

Cala Esmeralda, 2 minute walk.
Cala Ferrera, 10 minute walk.

Es Trenc ( part nudist) 15 minute drive.
Cala Mondrago 15 minute drive, or catch the open top bus from Cala D'Or in the Summer months!
Golf
The closest golf course is at Vall d'Or which is about a 15 minute
drive from the apartment. This course has 18 holes, there is a driving
range there and the clubhouse facilities including the bar and
restaurant are excellent. It is possible to hire clubs, buggies and
trolleys.
Travel
Palma Airport is approximately a 40 minute drive from the apartment.
Regular shuttle services are available door to door however all year
round at a very reasonable cost if you don't want to hire a car.
There
is plenty to do and see in and around Cala D'Or with good bus and taxi
services serving the entire island, all taxi's display their fares
clearly at the taxi ranks. If you want to get out and about its not
essential to hire a car.
Distances
The Apartment is situated in a quiet area between Cala D'Or and Cala Ferrera, amongst other hotels. It is just a short stroll to the bars and restaurants of Cala d'Or and Cala Ferrera.
The city of Palma
is less than one hour away. Palma has many sightseeing attractions, the
most famous of all being its Cathedral. There are many shops and
restaurants and a day in Palma is well worth considering, as is a trip
on the old railway to Soller whilst you are visiting Palma.
Further details
Shops, bars, restaurants and banks are all within easy walking distance
in Cala d'Or centre.
Supermarket 2 minutes walk from
apartment selling freshly baked rolls and bread and anything else you
might need.
The
Caves of Drach at Porto Christo are a 20 minute drive, as is nearby
Manacor which is famous for its pearl factories.
The beautiful beaches
of Cala Mondrago and Es Trenc are also just a short drive away.
Aqualand and Marineland are in Magaluf near to Palma, and can be
accessed by car, coach or bus.
Also not to be missed are a number
of local markets, make sure you visit Market Day in Felanitx on a
Sunday, its also just a short drive away.
The local 'train' (a
shuttle service which runs around the town in the Summer months) is
also good value for money, hop on and off as you wish.
Booking notes
Payment by cheque. A 25% deposit must be
paid upon booking, the final total must be paid 8 weeks before arrival. An amount of £130 will be required as a security deposit
against breakages, this will be included on your final invoice and will be refunded ASAP after your departure.
If
payment is not received 6 weeks prior to your departure we reserve the
right to re sell the booking without a refund of any monies already paid.
