Apartment 1 comprises of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen-living and dining area with enclosed garden with direct access to pools. Apartment 2 comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen-living and dining area with large terrace, accessible from bedroom (private additional roof terrace). Shops, restaurants, beach, marina are all 2-5 minutes walk from complex. A road train circulates local beaches etc, so no car required. This property has been furnished to the highest standard with the emphasis on creating that special home from home experience (all rooms are air-conditioned). Local attractions; Cala Mondrago beach and national park, Val d'or Golf Club is only a few miles away.(stunning location). Changeover day
The property should be vacated by 11am on the departure date.
The property can be available from 3pm on arrival date.
If other times are requested, these may be facilitated. We try to be as flexible as possible.

Air-conditioned, over looks the shallow end of the pool and has private garden and roof terraces.
Bedroom 1 double bed with fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 Single bed and single bed with pull out third person sleeping.Fitted wardrobe.
Lounge with large comfortable sofa with 42" TV with Sky , DVD player & playstation.
Dining both inside and out available at this property.
Kitchen has hob, microwave, fride freezer and usual utilities.
Utility with washing machine and clothes horse, iron etc...
Ground floor living leads onto private garden and access to pools.
Upstairs
This is a 1 bedroom apartment consisting of:
Large bedroom with fitted wardrobes, direct access to roof terrace.
Bathroom with direct access from bedroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Lounge with large comfortable sofa, 42" TV, Satellite TV, DVD player.
Kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron etc...

Notes on accommodation
This is the ideal property for couples, or larger families with flexible accommodation offering private space yet having an integral link with both apartments. The proximity to the walled divided area and shallow end of the pool is visible from the garden allowing you to relax while the kids are playing.
This property has been fitted to the highest standard with the expectations of you in mind.(We want you to have that special holiday).
Bath towels and linen are provided, house keeping for change of linen if staying more than 9 days.

This accommodation has been furnished to a standard that we would hope excels the normal holiday accommodation and more. We use the property ourselves so we want you to feel totally relaxed in a beautiful location.

Accessibility
The ground floor is accessible from the secure parking & pools.
Ground floor accomodation has all the facilities associated with a bugalow so their is no requirement for stair climbing etc...
Unfortunately we can not advertise for wheelchair restricted people due to normal width requirements.

Outside
The outside of the property affords the luxury of a walled private garden with outside terrace with direct access to 3 pools, 2 circular large 9 metre pools, plus an elevated bubble pool which feeds the waterfall features.
The nearest pool to the house is divided to allow for children yet allowing you that freedom to have a relaxing swim.

The pool is surrounded with palm trees and other plants and is idyllic for relaxing sunbathing. Two parking spaces are provided at the complex with remote control access.

Coast/Beach
The main beaches close to the property are only a 5 minute walk away.
The Marina of Cala d'Or is a 10 minute walk from the house.(Stunning location). Cala Mondrago beach can be reached by car. 5-10 minute drive.The local road train passes by, enjoyable fun ride. If you are a keen walker you can visit the many smaller calas or beaches close buy.

Golf
Val d'or golf course is 15 minutes away and has spectacular views. Golf clubs can be rented at this location. (Ping or Calloways clubs provided, full set with bag. Massive savings on rental.

Special interest holidays
Ideal location for passionate walkers, swimmers and cycling.

Travel
Palma Airport is 35 - 40 minutes away, taxis stands at airport. Car hire is available at the airport and can be booked online for a cheaper rate.

Distances
The main town of Cala d'Or is only 1.5km away, or a romantic walk of 20 minutes through the luxurious Marina. Local beaches are within walking distance as are the shops, and restaurants. Local markets and the island can be easily explored from here.

Further details
Nearest beach, 5 minute walk.The Marina is only 5 minute walk. Shops, bars and restaurants are only 3 minutes away, children's activities like Trampolining, Go-Karts and amusements are all 3 - 5 minutes away. Palma for serious shoppers is a 40 - 45 minute drive. The monastery at Felanitx is worth going to see, as are the local markets.

Enquiries can be made by email or phone. A 25% deposit is required when booking, the balance is due and payable payable 6 weeks prior to departure with a refundable breakages deposit.
