Changeover day
Flexible on changeover days but preferably Saturdays in high season.
Arrival time after 4pm and departure time before 10am unless prior
arrangements with the owner.

Linen, towels and beach towels included. The villa is cleaned
before and after your vacation. There will be a linen and towel change
after each week. |

Accessibility
This villa is suitable for wheelchairs as it has ground floor bedroom and bathroom.
Outside
Large patio on the ground floor with table and chairs, sunloungers and
BBQ overlooking the swimming pool. Upper level there is 2 large sunny
terraces for private bathing.
Coast/Beach
Several cosy sandy bays within easy reach around Cala D'or area all with
restaurants and facilities. Mondrago is a large beach which is a 10
min drive away by car or local bus and has 2 busy restaurants, parking
and pedalo boat hire.
Golf
Vall D'or Golf is a fabulous golf course with magnificent club house
with restaurant and bar. It is approx 5 mins from Cala D'or but there
are many more within 45 mins drive.
Special interest holidays
There are lots of sports in Cala D'or. sailing, scuba diving, golf,
tennis, glass bottom charter or our own private boat charter, details
can be found in our brochure at the villa.
Travel
Palma Airport is less than an hour's drive away. There are plenty of
taxis at the airport, or you can arrange on line transfers we can give
you details with your booking enquiry. There is regular public
transport covering the whole area, there are plenty of bus stops in Cala
D'or and Cala Egos.
Distances
Santanyi and Felanitx are both lively market towns which hosts weekly markets, they are both approx 20mins drive away.
Further details
Cala D'or is a cosmopolitan town with lots of supermarkets, shops,
banks, medical centers, lively bars and restaurants all within walking
distance. It hosts a popular marina which has fantastic views and
expensive boats where the rich and famous mingle!
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is required when making a booking and the 50% balance to
be paid in resort on your arrival, along with the 60 euros cleaning charge. There is a security deposit payable
which is 150 euros (this is refundable against any damages).
